Ikaika” is a Hawaiian word meaning strong, powerful, and energy/force— the strength to achieve wellness already lives within you.

I implement evidence-based techniques rooted in behavioral science to support each client’s transformation. I draw on the Transtheoretical Model of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, and Positive Psychology to help women uncover their core values, clarify their wellness vision, and identify meaningful motivators for change. From there, we co-create a customized 12-week roadmap of self-chosen habits that feel aligned, realistic, and powerful.

I take a deeply personal approach to health and wellness, recognizing that every woman’s journey is unique. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions—instead, I help clients realign their habits with their values, ensuring that wellness feels authentic and sustainable. My philosophy is not rooted in shame or unrealistic expectations, but in self-love, empowerment, and resilience.

I support women in reclaiming their power, drawing on the strengths and skills they’ve poured into their families and careers—and redirecting that energy toward their own highest good. I walk with my clients through barriers, celebrate progress, and fill in knowledge gaps when needed, all while helping them build confidence in their ability to make choices that lead to better health outcomes.
